Mee Sua with rich chicken soup dashed with red rice wine...its a must during my birthday and during the confinement among the Foo Chow. Many stalls in Kuching do offer Chicken Mee Sua, but nothing compares to the home cooked. If you have change to visit a Foo Chow mother during her confinement period, do ask for the Mee Sua! Remember to add a lot of red rice wine!
