Yum yum....one of my favorite food is the Cha Shao Fan or the BBQ pork rice. Though most of the Cha Shao in major restaurant are oven backed, there are still some charcoal smoked BBQ pork in town. The saurce that comes with the BBQ pork plays an inportant role in determine the "good" and "not so good" factor.
