Zao Cai Mi Fen 糟菜米粉

This is an old old dish among Foo Chow only become more seen in Kuching. I think the taste is quite subjective as some of my friends like it, some dont. But I like it; I like the sour taste of it with hot chilli padi. A cool day will definitely provoke by crave for it!
