Har Gao, Siew Mai, Fung Jau, Char Siew Pau...yum yum.. The Dim Sum is one big potential food business in Kuching that yet to be explored. There are few restaurant in Kuching that offer Dim Sum...like the Banquet at 4 1/2mile and Dong Guan at 3rd Mile. In my opinion, the Banquet offers the better quality Dim Sum...but one draw back about Dim Sum is...they doesnt come cheap..do bring extra $$. And the most suitable number of people for Dim Sum is 3-4 people in order to have more varieties.
