Malay Food 马来料理

I love Malay food...hot and spicy, rich in fragrant and texture; rendang beef, curry chicken, curry mutton, curry fish head, spicy squid, Malay style salad (Ulam)...em...makes me hungry just thinking of it. Thank God there are many good Malay food restaurant in Kuching, my favorite one is the one at Pending, near Pending Maybank, others no fight la... There are many worth trying restaurant such as the one along the Tun Jugah Rd call the Permata Cafe (try the Nasi Brayani...nice...), Chilli Padi near the KWPS building, the one called Danny's in Kota Samarahan, the one in Satok...em forgot the name...etc..etc...
