Satay 沙爹

Satay one of the most widely accepted malay food, also one of my favorites! Normally meat like chicken, mutton or beef, merrinated in "secret" recipy for a period of time, and to be charcoal grilled on bamboo skew to perfection. It is then served with thick nutty creamy peanut saurce. My favorite satay is the one at the pasar minggu in Satok. There is one in Hui Sing food court that offer Pork satay, for those non muslim. I heard they can sell over thousand skew on good day!
