Once a while I am really longing for the Claypot Fish Head of one particular restaurant in Singapore. You will find fried fish head, yam, tou fu...and the best of all is the BBQ pork. In Kuching, my favorite is at the Happy restaurant along the Tun Jugah Rd...opposite tHe Spring. One pot is just nice for two person. One bad thing about the restaurant is there are too many mosquitos around disturbing your appetide...>.<
